Catalyst Management Services (CMS) is part of Catalyst Group; a passionate development support organisation working in social development since 1994. We provide quality management services to improve the effectiveness of policies, processes and outcomes. Services include assessments, planning, proposal development, monitoring, evaluations, research, capacity building, documentation and communication, HR &OD, financial management. Our current strengths are in the domains of Livelihoods, Health, Education, Governance and Disaster Risk Reduction and Response.
CMS enables and catalyses networks and partnerships of CBOs, NGOs, FBOs, mFIs, multilateral, bilateral, INGOs, government, academic institution and corporate organisations to achieve their objectives. We have handled more than 500 assignments, worked with over 1000 development partners directly and through consortia.
We engage with partners in four ways – a) through expert inputs; b) facilitated processes; c) demonstration (including incubation); d) outsourcing. Through our work we are continuously learning and innovating.

We test approaches, innovate and incubate ideas through our field labs – Swasti, a health resource centre and Vrutti, a livelihoods resource centre. Our expertise in diverse domain allow us to provide cross-domain support, such as HIV and livelihoods, disaster and livelihoods, HIV and disasters.
